    It's pretty obvious what this feature does. It tracks changes, or in other words, let's you see prior versions and edits.

    Explanation:

    The Track Changes feature in word processing can be seen under the review tool in word processing.

    This allows you track changes made to word document (via the track changes tool) and provides the option of either accepting the changes made to the file or rejecting it so the earlier version is maintained.

    The all mark up tab shows the all the changes made to document.

    The other options do not necessarily make changes to the prior version nor edit it.
