As a design engineer, give the importance of knowing how to do assembly in Inventor.

    Create a file with parts and subassemblies. Define "relationship" between the parts or subassemblies by using appropriate commands. The term "subassembly" means that "group of parts working together".

    Make changes to the "individual component" without leaving the "assembly file". You can modify / change the way you assemble by specified the offset values and this value should be from the origin.

    It is necessary to set the absolute value and then "Ground the component". An "air-cylinder" is a very good example of this context.
