Explanation:
G-mail is automatically created when you create a Google account. Hop over to Google to create your account and then go to the g-mail website. From there, you should be able to send e-mails to other people.
Edit: I don't know why the mods deleted my answer when I answered this. I only referred to Google because its e-mail service called g-mail is popular.
