    Process improvement that sorts the vital few from the trivial many is Pareto analysis (letter B). Pareto analysis simply categories the greatest value to the least value. Pareto analysis is represented by a bar graph. This was developed by Vilfredo Pareto but was perfectly done by Joseph Juran in 1848 - 1923
