    These effects have been classified in four different branches according to the influence they can have in society. The four classifications are the following:

    1. The Force Theory - this effect refers to the situation in which a small group of people take control of a place by force in order to achieve some goals establishing some rules.

    2. Evolutionary Theory - It establishes that the state simply evolved from family ties.

    3. The Divine Right Theory - this effect talks about how God created the state and it says that god offers "divine right to rule" to some specific subjects.

    4. The Social Contract Theory - it expresses the idea of state as a voluntary act from free people.
