What is a simply way to permanently get rid of an Unwanted file?

Go to windows explorer and delete the file

ill walk you through a 4 step process that my comp. maintenance teacher taught us in first semester. just follow these steps and youll have it done in around 3 minutes.

1.) Erase the file and save an empty file over the original file.

2.) Go to Windows Explorer and then delete the file.

3.) Send it to the recycle bin then empty the recycle bin.

4.) Cancel the file.
