You can print a database with record and field labels. Record labels are numbers to the left of the record, and field labels are headings at the top of the column.

    A table has a rows (records) and columns (fields). Since records are the rows, by default, they are represented by the labels to the left with numbers. On the other hand, field (columns) are represented by headings at the top of the column.
