When reviewing incoming mails what should you do if a letter lists an enclosure but nothing is enclosed?

    If the letter states that enclosures were sent but they are not in the envelope, contact the sender and request them. Indicate on the letter that the enclosures were missing and the name of the name of the person you contacted.

    Delete it, it is probably spam.
