Ethics and values to a certain extent define people, companies, nations, and a whole culture in general.

What a certain culture views as ethical, will represent the pinnacle of what is supposedly good and what is considered unethical will be the pinnacle of what is considered bad. The same goes with values, values will determine what people in a certain culture strive towards, certain values will drive people towards one goal and other values will push them towards another goal.

Both ethics and values have an immense impact on the daily lives of people, as well as companies, nations, and every other social group.
