    Explanation:

    In MS-Excel data's are stored in each cell. The cell is referred or access by row number and column number.

    For example: - B1 which represents B is column refers the column name and 1 represents as row number.

    Any data if user enter in the cell it is consider as number, if case if data's are started with " ' "

    It represents as text. With cell data starts with = either it refers other cell or formula functions.

    Formula functions always represent inbuilt functions which is available in MS-excel.
