    The Answer Is B: Make A Plan. Making Tasks Manageable Is Needed, But You Can't Make Tasks Without A Plan. Pacing Yourself Doesn't Really Fit In With Setting A Goal. Setting A Schedule Is Needed, But You Can Only Do That Once You Have A Plan.
