When someone suffers an electrical shock you should follow these steps
1. Remove person from the source of electricity unless it's not possible at the given time.
2. Call 911 or local emergency services and inform them of the incident.
3. Begin CPR if the person shows no signs of circulation such as breathing, coughing or any type of movement
Extra notes: Try and prevent the persons body temperature from dropping. Referring back to step #1 after moving the person from the electrical source avoid moving them again unless completely necessary.
