Conditioning monitoring:
This is the method to check the condition of machines. This method is used to check the vibration, temperature and many more parameters of machinery.
Two methods is used in conditioning monitoring
1. Conditioning checking
2. Trend monitoring
Conditioning monitoring is also called predictive maintenance. By the use of conditioning monitoring the chances of failure of machines reduces.
The various parameters measured by conditioning monitoring as
1. Oil pressure
2. Temperature
3. Vibration
4. Performance
5. Oil debris.
