NIST (National institute of standards and technology):
This is the agency which work the under of United state (U. S.) department of commerce. The main purpose of this agency is to increase the industrial competitiveness and innovation by advancing technology, measurement science and standards. This agency established in 1901. In the NIST e lots of laboratory are available for research.
