    Hyperbole is figurative language that is exaggerated. I would have to read the excerpt to know how to answer the question, but I would say false simply because I do not believe there is any tool of humor that can bring humor to "virtually every literary circumstance." If that were true then we wouldn't need more than one or two tools of humor, right?
