In "Barn Burning" it says "You got to learn to stick to your own blood or you aim going to have any blood stick to you." How is this sentence foreshadowing?

    This shows that someone will leave their family stick to your blood means stick to your direct blood line AKA family) and the family will take revenge and therefore have blood stick to you (literally).
