    The Italian scholar, Petrarch or also known as Francesco Petrarca, has been regarded as the Father of Humanism. For him, the Christian scholars are obliged to study writers of Pagan for the reason that he was convinced of the presence of cultural continuum from Pagan to Christian Rome.
