    Peanut butter and jelly are two things: so they need a plural form (options d. and b. are out!)

    now, they ARE something (they would less likely have something, unless they're nicknames of some poeple?) - so the better answer is C!

    As you are talking about sandwiches the correct verb is 'are' and not 'have'. So, the correct answer is 'c' but it has to be sandwiches in the plural
