5-8 sentences Claim, Evidence, Warrant (explain your evidence) Lead into evidence (kinda the whole "the author says ... " Punctuation, good grammar, words spelt correctly Make sure you indent and format the page correctly A personal suggestion, if typing use times new roman at 12 font (makes it look professional and like you know what your doing)
