    This means they are

    S: Specific, meaning they are not broad and do not encompass many things

    M: Measurable, you should have some type of way to determine if you are progressing towards your goal

    A: Attainable, they are something that can be done

    R: Realistic, they should not be something too far out of your reach

    T: Time-Bound, you should have deadline for when you wish to complete your goal
