Newton's Third Law of Motion states for every action there is an equal and opposite force known as Reaction.

When LeBron James is standing on the floor he exerts a force on the ground which has an opposite and equal force. This opposite force is what pushes him from the floor to dunk in an opposite upwards direction which has an equal amount of force to his weight.
