    In my opinion, this quote is an example of C. Internal rhyme. An internal rhyme doesn't happen between the endings of multiple rhymes. It either happens between internal syllables of a single line, or between internal syllables of adjacent lines. In this case, we have two separate internal rhymes, independent of each other:

    "The wind came out of the cloud by night,

    Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee."
