A temporary position is the one that has a defined duration of a contract. Depending on the employee group, some of the temporary positions will come with an additional payment in lieu of some certain benefits.

    In addition to this on the emotional side, it impacts their self-confidence on themselves because they have a degree but it's not useful. Then it may trigger stress that may cause physical health deterioration. So sometimes they'll find some job that is not in line with their degree
