    It is a short science-fiction story set in the future. The year in the story is 2081. and we are finding out in the story that all Americans are equal and they are not allowed to be better-looking and smarter than anyone else and because of that, the Handicapper General's agents were forcing too beautiful, intelligent and athletic or strong people to wear handicaps.
