    Writers should include references to their research in an argument because it will provide supporting details in accordance to facts gathered needed to persuade the listeners. When arguments are backed-up with valuable information it will contribute to the success of the research project by giving more convincing statements. References can also highlight these details with emphasis on previous successful discussions.
