What's wrong with this sentence? Everyone has his or her own locker, so their won't be any issues with people stealing things as long as the lockers are locked.

The word their should be replaced with there.

The word stealing should be changed to steeling.

The comma before the word so should be removed.

The word has should be changed to have.

The word won't does not need an apostrophe.

    The word Their needs to be change to there.

    Their means belonging to somebody, or is usually used when you are talking about somebody, so it doesn't make sense in this particular sentence, the way that it was used.
