Differences in beverages can be slight or significant. Soft drinks, generally, are very high in sugar and sodium content, providing a great deal of flavor. Drinks such as water and energy drinks are much lower in sodium and sugar, thereby providing better hydration. Milk and juice both have high sugar content, but milk is also a good source of protein. What is the comparison inherent in the passage?

A) Sodas are not as good for you to drink as water and energy drinks.

B) Soda is as healthy a drink as milk.
