Get the screwdriver and use the ladder to climb up to the ac unit. Unscrew the grate and put the crowbar through the grate. Screw the A. C. unit back up and put the crowbar through the back collar of your shirt and kick down the ladder. Not sure how to survive though. You alo are slowly dying from age so he can instantly give you the key

hit ourself on the head with the crowbar (faking) using the loud ac unit you will hit it on their and make it sound as if u fainted or got knocked upside the head. And bc the man will think ur dying he will give you the key.
