The correct answer is A."She knows not what the curse may be."

Lady of Shalott is indeed cursed, however, she doesn't know why that happened. She just happened to be - the curse forbids her from leaving her high tower or looking at Camelot, or else she will die. However, she does want to leave her tower once she sees a handsome knight, which is when the curse kills her.
