According to the narration, acutes are the ones who can be cured and are curable.

    Explanation:

One flew over the cuckoo's nest is a novel which has been written by Ken Kesey. The main focus of the narrator in the novel is about the importance of individuality, the dignity and importance of person hood.

The set up in the novel is of a mental ward which is a society in itself. How a man struggles in that novel or the story and tries to fight against the strict rules of this ward, is what the story is all about, where he wants to live for his own self.
