    The correct answer is a) On my flight from New York, the flight attendant was very kind.

    Inclusive language refers to gender-neutral language. Any reference where the subject indicates a female or male, should be replaced for a more general word. In this case, we replaced "stewardess" refering to female, with "flight attendant" which could be both male or female.
