    C) Each of the students in this room will be responsible for providing their own copy of the novel.

This sentence is incorrect. The antecedent is Each. The pronoun that disagrees with the antecedent is their. Each is singular, whereas their is plural. The sentence sounds correct because the prepositional phrase "of the students" ends with a plural noun. However, this is not the antecedent for each.
