In complete honesty, none of these should be a reason to select a quality friendship. With the first one, this shouldn't be the only reason, because you should listen to what your friend says at times. It shouldn't always be about you.

The second one is incorrect because you friend doesn't have to have the same hobbies and interests. You can be two complete opposites and still have a stellar friendship.

Lastly, the third option should definitely not be your reason because personally benefiting from what things you get from the friendship is just wrong. Don't be someone's friend just so you can get stuff. Be their friend because you really enjoy talking and being with this person.

Being a friend isn't about what you get, or about you talking and your friend listening all the time. It's about teamwork and enjoying being around a certain person because you genuinely like who they are.
