    In my opinion, two of these choices are incorrect. Although, the question is asking about punctuation errors. In that case, the 3rd option is punctuated incorrectly. An exclamation mark would be needed since the sentence expresses the word, "screamed." A period at the end of this sentence doesn't give the correct emotion.
