If someone makes me upset what should I do

The best advice I could give you is to tell that person how it upset you are. If this person has hurt you or had upset you continuiously, you better tell an adult you trust. Otherwise, be calm and nice to that person no matter once, even give them a chance. If you were a toddler, I'd tell you to take a deep breath and count to ten, but nah, I guess you're too old for that now.

Well try to calm down and talk to them about it. Don't hold no grudges. It's not good to keep it inside. If you don't like what they do then tell them. But it's all depends on what they did to make you upset though. But my advice is try not to use any violence.
