There's no need to include that you were born at 9 p. m. oh, and you don't need to say 9 p. m. this evening, because p. m. already means in the evening. so the proper way to word the sentence would be "at 9 p. m., I have to meet with my group on a video call"

    At 9 PM this evening.

    Explanation:

This is a problem because presents redundancy, because is representing the same information twice in a row: PM and Evening. Only one of them should be use it to have a better writing here.
