I’m not good at the word count and I’m not in college but hey I can give you a start:

To resolve the conflict, I would first throughly look through the plans currently given. Then I would discuss why my coworker disagrees and why. Next would be compromising the plans to fit all the needs of what’s best and take out the unnecessary. While doing this be sure to listen and keep open minded. After compromising; fix up the draft of our plan and put it in action, splitting up the work evenly and fairly to accommodate people’s strengths and weaknesses.
