In the Chapter 4 of the "Night" by Elie Wiesel, we find the evidence where people even after being beaten up cope up creatively with the situation by creating barter system within themselves. Meaning that they among themselves would exchange goods for food to survive.

    Explanation:

In the book "Night" Elie Wiesel (the author of the book) writes about his experience in the concentration camps of Nazi Germans during the Second World War in 1944-45. He was in the camps with his family at Auschwitz and Buchenwald.
