    To the employee, health benefits are of great value since it has become so costly that an average employee cannot afford these days. A healthy employee is a long-term asset to the organization. Hence, health benefits to the employees keep much of burden away from them and they will be highly obliged the organization, and hence, such employees will surely work with much sincerity and commitment which would yield more benefits to the organization. If the organization likes to increase their value they need to cover employees with health benefits. This strategy is to get the due return of the value to the organization.
