There is only one sentence in active voice. It is sentence B.

Explanation: sentences in active voice have a verb conjugated in any tense and are not accompanied by the verb 'to be'. All sentences in passive voice require a verb 'to be' conjugated and a verb in past participle. Sometimes, in passive constructions, there is no object at the end of the sentence, which happens to be the doer of the action, but it is not important to mention it, it is supposed or the listener already knows who they are.

Generally, active voice is used in everyday speech and passive voice is usually used in news, articles and papers as it is more formal.

Options A, C and D have all verbs 'to be' conjugated and verbs in past participle right after them, so they are in passive voice. The only possible option is B.
