The line from Act II of Hamlet which is a metaphor is the second choice:

Which done, she took the fruits of my advice.

Metaphor is a type of symbolic representation when one thing is referred to by mentioning another. So, if you say - He's a lion, you don't really mean that he is an animal, but rather strong and fearless.

So here, the fruits of my advice aren't really any fruits, but rather the instructions that he had to give her.
