The correct answer is D: She gave him information he used to form his plan.

    Explanation:

Bertha Jorkins is a fictional character from the book Harry Potter and Goblet of fire, written by J. K. Rowling. Bertha was a witch employed in the Department of Magical Games and Sport in the Ministry of Magic, before her death. Voldemort used her memories in order to prepare his plan of murdering Harry Potter.

Bertha was overpowered by Peter Pettigrew during her holiday in Albania. Pettigrew brought her before Lord Voldemort, who also was in Albania. Voldemort managed to break through her memory by using a powerful charm, so he could get some important information about the Triwizard Tournament which he used to try to kill Harry Potter.
