    Answer: A critical reader is someone who reads a book or passage or information and specifically dwell on a particular paragraph or line to make sure that he gets the main meaning of the paragraph.

    A non-critical reader is someone who read a book or passage or information just for fun or leisure or to either follow up a character in the passage.
