Choose the citation that uses the correct MLA capitalization punctuation and formatting rules for an article.

a. Dog rescue association. Fostering abused Dogs: Knoxville-small time press: 2008

b. Dog rescue association. Fostering abused Dogs. Knoxville-small time press: 2008

c. Dog rescue association. Fostering Abused Dogs: Knoxville: small time press, 2008

d. Dog rescue association. Fostering abused Dogs, Knoxville. Small time press; 2008

The answer is b according to test results which is actually not correct according to MLA guidelines for articles, which is why I'm posting this. I don't encourage cheating but computerized answers that ruin that grades of students with inaccurate information is much worse. None of these options even have quotation marks.

    b. Dog rescue association. Fostering Abused Dogs: Knoxvill: small time press, 2008.

All words from the title should be capitalized, and there should be a comma before the publication year.
