    It's the line that says, "the mind is its own place, and in itself c an make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven". This is also the part where Satan is beginning to regret the reality that he is facing in hell already. It also says that if you're full of regrets, then your live will be a living hell - whether you're in it or in heaven.
