Which sentence demonstrates correct subject and verb agreement?

    I'd probably go with 2 because First of all 1 and 3 aren't grammatically correct because you can't use "carts that 'has the' in a sentence" or "headlights going". 4 could be it but probably not because that's not how most people talk but most of all, that's not grammatically correct.
