    And considering I have no idea what that sentence is talking about I can infer that it's the correct answer.

    Possibly reword/revise it so it’s clearer?

    The majority of skill areas are typically * made up of the fundamental hierarchies learned at the earliest stages of development.

    *change word as necessary
