What is skinner's position on the conflict between human beings and machines

Skinner had developed what he called a theory of "radical behavioralism," that all human activity can be seen as a behavior and that all behaviors can be modified through reinforcement techniques. B. F. Skinner is also often credited as the inventor of the teaching machine.
