    From the motto of the French Revolution, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity, based on the the events of the first several chapters of the noel of Baroness Orczy. (1) Liberty - Well, they rescue the Comtesse de Tournay, Suzanne de Tournay and others at the start of the book. (2) Equality - Sharing of common goals among the English aristocracy (mostly young men). (3) Fraternity/Brotherhood - Lord Anthony and Sir Andrew told the Comtesse that twenty have sworn in the League.
