How would you classify the persuasive strategy FDR uses for the second bill of rights

    I don't necessarily understand what you mean by classifying the persuasive strategy, as I don't think there is even a classification system for persuasive movements towards a good cause but I'll just say this ...

    FDR was a good man, sure everyone has their bad side but that should be skipped over across.

    The second bill of rights was a list of given freedoms to citizens proposed and created (majority) by FDR himself, in an address he made during his time in office he offered that the nation as a whole should implement and acknowledge the second bill of rights as the contemporary (first) was incomplete.
